我們的孩子在家裡上學，沒有去一般的學校，從他們兩、三歲開始，就經常有人問「什麼時候把孩子送到學校去？」到了孩子學齡階段，人們的問題就多半圍繞在我們做父母的專業技術上：「你是學教育的嗎？」「你是怎麼教所有的科目呢？」「孩子的社交活動怎麼辦？」「自然科學實驗怎麼教？」「他們的體育活動呢？」「每天上課幾小時？」等等。
